constantly add to the list, as well as custom design and develop courses, seminars,
and programs to meet the need of any group or organization. |

I am delighted to travel and teach in
other states. I will work hand-in-hand with any association, sponsor or
appropriate state licensing authority to gain continuing education approval,
if it the offering of CE credit is desired. I will also thoroughly research
any and all state specific issues such as license law, agency, disclosures and
other forms to assure that participants are getting the correct information. |

Most recently, I have spoken at or done
seminars for the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) at the state convention,
the Women’s Council of REALTORS® at the state convention, and later
for their Leadership Orientation Convention. I have also recently instructed
at the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® national convention in Washington,
D. C. In addition, national franchises, brokerage companies,
private companies, real estate boards and associations hire me to provide various
courses and consulting services, as well as deliver motivational and keynote
speeches at conventions and meetings. |

What do you have to offer to
boards, associations, and other organizations that other instructors may not
offer? |

Besides the fact that I make an extraordinary
effort to provide exceptional, interactive, enjoyable seminars, I am also an
affiliate of RealtyU®, which is a group of schools who are providers of national
courses. This means that a board, association or organization can hire
me to teach a national course such as ABR, without having to pay to be a provider. Since
I am already a provider, it is not necessary for the organization to take that
step or pay that fee. |
