Rhonda delivers keynote speeches, offers motivational seminars, and provides educational training, brokerage consulting, and professional development training for Rhonda Hamilton Learning Services, the consulting firm that she founded. No matter what Rhonda does, whether it’s training a handful of people, teaching a class, or speaking to a large group, she gives 110% to the effort. She wants people to feel that they have received more than their money’s worth from her services. Her communication style is warm, interactive and energetic. She loves what she does, and it shows! 

Rhonda has a degree in education and taught school for several years before deciding to pursue a career in real estate. Real estate proved to be rewarding for her because she was able to combine her love for people with her love for challenging work. Her career in real estate naturally evolved into a position of training and teaching, when she was asked to train within one of the most prominent companies in the Longview area.  After being active “in the field” for approximately 14 years and an office trainer for a number of those years, she decided to dedicate herself to providing top-notch courses, seminars and sessions that are full of practical, real-life information that the real estate professional will be able to use in their everyday practice. It is her goal to provide interesting and motivating material that will prepare participants or listeners for the challenging, competitive, and fast-changing field of real estate.

She is dedicated to helping others learn, increase professionalism, and improve skills, which will ultimately raise their level of profitability.  She is also dedicated to self-improvement and often attends classes to sharpen her skills and abilities. She is a member of the Real Estate Educators Association and is a RealtyU Affiliate.
